Usher's New Look Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded in 1999, hosts the third annual World Leadership Conference in Atlanta, Georgia from tomorrow to June 22.
The initiative brings together celebrities, media and youth from the UK and other countries with the goal of educating and empowering young people in New Look's four pillars: talent, education, career and service.
